1600 यूरीडाइस (एरुडाइस या यूरीडाइस) इतालवी लेखक, नाटककार जैकोपो पेरी के ओपेरा का मंचन हुआ। जिसमें गिउलिओ कैसिनी का संगीत है। यह सबसे पुराने लोकप्रिय ओपेरा में से एक है। 1600 में पेरी के प्रदर्शन से पहले इस संस्करण को प्रकाशित किया था, और दो साल बाद इसका मंचन किया था। ओटावियो रिनुकिनी द्वारा लिखित लिब्रेटो 9वें की पुस्तकों पर आधारित है। इसमें प्रसिद्ध संगीतकार ऑर्फियस और उनकी पत्नी यूरिडिस की कहानी का वर्णन करता है। ओपेरा पहली बार फ्लोरेंस में 6 अक्टूबर 1600 को पलाज्जो पिट्टी में प्रदर्शित किया गया था, जिसमें पेरी ने खुद ऑर्फियस की भूमिका निभाई थी।

1679 मुगल वंश के 12वें बादशाह नेकु सियर का जन्म हुआ।

1683 13 जर्मन परिवार जर्मनी के क्रेफेल्ड से फिलाडेल्फिया, अमेरिका पहुंचे थे. पेंसिल्वेनिया कॉलोनी में जर्मन प्रवासियों ने उत्तरी अमेरिका में पहली स्थायी जर्मन बस्ती जर्मेनटाउन की स्थापना की। इस दिन हर साल जर्मन अमेरिकी दिवस मनाया जाता है।

2021 सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने अपने एक अहम फैसले में 6 अक्टूबर को कहा कि नैतिक अधमता से जुड़े अपराध से बरी होने या गवाहों के मुकर जाने से पुलिस बल में स्वतः रोजगार का आधार नहीं बन जाएगा। इसके लिए व्यक्ति का अत्यंत ईमानदार व त्रुटिहीन चरित्र वाला होना जरूरी है। न्यायमूर्ति इंदिरा बनर्जी और न्यायमूर्ति जे.के. माहेश्वरी ने कहा कि एक व्यक्ति जो पुलिस बल में शामिल होना चाहता है, उसे अत्यंत ईमानदार और त्रुटिहीन चरित्र और सत्यनिष्ठा का व्यक्ति होना चाहिए और आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि वाले व्यक्ति इस श्रेणी में फिट नहीं होंगे। पीठ ने कहा कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को संदेह का लाभ देते हुए या गवाह के मुकर जाने पर नैतिक अधमता से जुड़े अपराध के आरोप से बरी कर दिया जाता है तो वह स्वतः रोजगार का हकदार नहीं हो जाएगा, वह भी किसी अनुशासित बल में। पीठ ने स्पष्ट किया कि नियोक्ता को बरी होने की प्रकृति पर विचार करने या निर्णय लेने का अधिकार है, जब तक कि वह पूरी तरह से बरी न हो जाए। कहा कि उम्मीदवार द्वारा कथित अपराधों और मुकदमे के परिणाम के बारे में केवल खुलासा करना पर्याप्त नहीं है। पीठ ने कहा, नियोक्ता को उम्मीदवार को नियुक्ति देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं किया जा सकता। पीठ ने कहा, यहां तक कि अगर कर्मचारी द्वारा समाप्त परीक्षण के बारे में सच्ची घोषणा की गई है, तो नियोक्ता को पूर्ववृत्त पर विचार करने का अधिकार है और उम्मीदवार को नियुक्त करने के लिए मजबूर नहीं किया जा सकता। पीठ ने कहा कि यदि बरी करना सम्मानजनक नहीं है, तो उम्मीदवार सरकारी सेवा के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं हैं और उन्हें टाला जाना चाहिए। एक अन्य अहम फैसले में पटाखों पर बैन के बावजूद इसके इस्तेमाल किए जाने को लेकर सर्वोच्च अदालत ने नाराजगी जाहिर की है. उसने कहा कि हमारे देश में आदेशों को लागू कराना अहम समस्या है। जस्टिस एमआर शाह और जस्टिस एएस बोपन्ना की बेंच ने सुनवाई करते हुए कहा कि उत्सव दूसरों की जान की कीमत पर नहीं हो सकता। बेंच ने कहा कि हम जश्न मनाने के खिलाफ नहीं हैं. आप त्योहार मनाना चाहते हैं, तो हम भी मनाना चाहते हैं, लेकिन किस कीमत पर... हमें ये भी सोचना होगा। उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कहा कि पटाखों की वजह से अस्थमा और दूसरे रोगों से पीड़ित लोगों को परेशानी होती है। हर त्योहार और समारोहों में पटाखे फोड़े जाते हैं, जिससे लोगों की परेशानी होती है। इससे किसी को कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। पटाखों पर प्रतिबंध के बावजूद इसके इस्तेमाल पर नाराजगी जताते हुए उसने कहा कि हमारे पहले के आदेशों का पालन किया जाना चाहिए। आज आप किसी भी जश्न में जाएं, तो वहां देखेंगे कि पटाखे फूट रहे हैं। खास तौर पर लड़ी वाले पटाखे। हमने पहले ही इन पर प्रतिबंध लगा रखा है, लेकिन बाजारों में इन्हें बेचा जा रहा है और धड़ल्ले से इस्तेमाल भी किया जा रहा है। अदालत ने आगे कहा कि इसे बनाने वाले कहते हैं कि हमने सिर्फ गोदाम में रखे हैं। पटाखों को गोदाम में क्यों रखा जा रहा है? क्या ये खरीद के लिए नहीं है? हम आपको पटाखे गोदामों में भी रखने की अनुमति नहीं देंगे। ऐसे जोरदार पटाखों की जरूरत ही क्यों हैं? हल्के पटाखों से भी जश्न मनाया जा सकता है। इसी दिन लखीमपुर खीरी में केंद्रीय ग्रह राज्य मंत्री अजय मिश्रा टेनी के बेटे आशीष मिश्रा मोनू द्वारा 4 किसानों को अपनी महेंद्रा थार और अन्य गाड़ियों से कुचलकर मार डालने के मामले पर केरल के वायनाड से लोकसभा सदस्य राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि मैं वहां जाकर यह समझना चाहता हूं कि जमीनी हकीकत क्या है क्योंकि जमीनी हकीकत के बारे में अभी तक किसी को मालूम नहीं है। इसलिए हम लखनऊ जा रहे हैं। कांग्रेस नेता ने आरोप लगाया, किसानों को जीप के नीचे कुचला जा रहा है। गृह राज्य मंत्री मंत्री (अजय मिश्रा) और उनके पुत्र पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है। किसानों पर सुनियोजित ढंग से आक्रमण किया जा रहा है। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि, प्रधानमंत्री जी, कल लखनऊ में थे, लेकिन लखीमपुर खीरी नहीं जा पाए। उन्होंने कहा, हम दो मुख्यमंत्रियों के साथ लखनऊ जाने और लखीमपुर खीरी जाकर परिवारों से मिलने का प्रयास करेंगे। हम तीन लोग जा रहे हैं। हमने उनको (प्रशासन को) पत्र लिखा है। भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने आरोप लगाया, उत्तर प्रदेश में नयी तरह की राजनीति हो रही है। अपराधी जो चाहे वो कर सकते हैं। अपराध करने वाले जेल से बाहर होते हैं, लेकिन पीड़ित जेल के अंदर होते हैं। कांग्रेस की ओर से इस मामले पर राजनीति करने संबंधी आरोप पर उन्होंने कहा, हमारा काम दबाव बनाने का होता है। जब हम दबाव बनाते हैं तो कार्रवाई होती है। हाथरस में हमने दबाव बनाया तो कार्रवाई हुई। सरकार चाहती है कि हम दबाव नहीं बनाएं। इसी मामले पर आम आदमी पार्टी के सुप्रीमो और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने लखीमपुर खीरी में तीन अक्टूबर को हुई हिंसा की निंदा करते हुए बुधवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से केंद्रीय गृह राज्यमंत्री अजय कुमार मिश्रा को बर्खास्त करने की अपील की, जिनका बेटा आशीष मिश्रा घटना का मुख्य आरोपी है। दिल्ली के सीएम ने पीएम से शोक संतप्त परिवारों से मिलने का भी आग्रह किया। केजरीवाल ने एक वर्चुअल संबोधन में कहा, भारतीय नागरिक देख रहे हैं कि लखीमपुरी खीरी में क्या हो रहा है। वे न्याय की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं। लेकिन यह कैसा न्याय है जहां एक हत्यारे को बचाया जा रहा है? राजनेताओं और पत्रकारों को लखीमपुर जाने से रोका जा रहा है। इसी दिन कांग्रेस नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) शिक्षा समेत सभी क्षेत्रो में घुसपैठ कर रहा है और इस संगठन के विरुद्ध अपनी लंबी लड़ाई की कीमत उन्हें 2019 के संसदीय चुनाव में लोकसभा सीट गंवाकर चुकानी पड़ी। खड़गे ने एक प्रश्न के उत्तर में कहा, वे (आरएसएस वाले) सभी जगह घुसपैठ कर रहे हैं, शिक्षा में भी वे आ रहे हैं। कई अधिकारी नियमों में बदलाव कर सीधे भर्ती किये गये हैं तथा बहुतों को आरक्षण से वंचित किया गया है। उन्होंने यहां संवाददाताओं से कहा, ‘हम आरएसएस के विरुद्ध लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं, हम इसे छिपाना नहीं चाहते। हम लड़ेंगे और यही वजह है कि मैं अपना चुनाव भी हार गया। खड़गे ने कहा कि आरएसएस गरीबों की हितैषी नहीं है, वह सामाजिक न्याय के पक्ष में नहीं है। वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता, जनता दल सेकुलर के नेता एचडी कुमारस्वामी के इस बयान के बारे में पूछे गये सवाल का जवाब दे रहे थे कि आरएसएस ने अपने छिपे हुए एजेंडे के तहत इस देश में नौकरशाहों की एक टीम तैयार की है, जिन्हें विभिन्न संस्थानों में नियुक्त किया गया है। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कुमारस्वामी ने मंगलवार को एक किताब का हवाला देते हुए कहा था, उस पुस्तक में यह कहा गया है कि इस देश में करीब 4000 नौकरशाह- आईएएस, आईपीएस आरएसएस कार्यकर्ता हैं। उन्हें परीक्षा देने की तैयारी करायी जाती है। एक साल में, 2016 में उनके द्वारा प्रशिक्षित 676 लोगों का चयन किया गया।

2022 भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस पार्टी की अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी बृहस्पतिवार को कर्नाटक के मांड्या में भारत जोड़ो यात्रा में शामिल हुईं और राहुल गांधी तथा अन्य भारत यात्रियों के साथ पदयात्रा की। सोनिया ने मांड्या जिले के डाक बंगला इलाके से पदयात्रा आरंभ की। वह पहली बार भारत जोड़ो यात्रा में शामिल हुईं। इसी दिन खबर आई कि भारत के मजबूत होने के खोखले सरकारी दावों के बीच कारोबारी मंदी और बेरोजगारी जारी है और बढ़ती महंगाई से लोगों की गुजर-बसर मुश्किल हो रही है। भारत में सेवा क्षेत्र की गतिविधि सितंबर में 6 महीने के निचले स्तर पर आ गई। मुद्रास्फीति के दबाव के बीच नये व्यापार में सबसे धीमी दर से बढ़ोतरी हुई। मौसमी रूप से समायोजित एसएंडपी ग्लोबल इंडिया सेवा पीएमआई कारोबारी गतिविधि सूचकांक अगस्त में 57.2 से घटकर सितंबर में 54.3 पर आ गया। यह मार्च के बाद सबसे धीमी दर से विस्तार को दर्शाता है। अर्थव्यवस्था के जानकारों के अनुसार, खरीद प्रबंधक सूचकांक (पीएमआई) की भाषा में 50 से अधिक अंक का मतलब विस्तार है, जबकि 50 से नीचे का अंक संकुचन को दर्शाता है। एसएंडपी ग्लोबल मार्केट इंटेलिजेंस की संयुक्त निदेशक पोल्याना डी लीमा ने कहा कि भारतीय सेवा क्षेत्र ने हाल के महीनों में कई बाधाओं को पार किया है। ताजा पीएमआई आंकड़े सितंबर में वृद्धि की गति के कुछ धीमा पड़ने के बावजूद मजबूत प्रदर्शन को दर्शाते हैं। सर्वेक्षण में कहा गया है कि कीमतों के दबाव, प्रतिस्पर्धी माहौल और प्रतिकूल सार्वजनिक नीतियों के चलते वृद्धि बाधित हुई है। लीमा ने आगे कहा कि अमेरिका में ब्याज दरों में बढ़ोतरी के कारण रुपये में तेज गिरावट से भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए अतिरिक्त चुनौतियां पैदा हुई हैं। इसी दिन एक और खबर आई कि विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन डब्ल्यूएचओ द्वारा जाम्बिया में 66 बच्चों की मौत के बाद एक भारतीय दवा कंपनी की 4 दवाइयों को लेकर आगाह करने के मद्देनजर केंद्रीय औषधि मानक नियंत्रण संगठन सीडीएससीओ ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने यह जानकारी दी। डब्ल्यूएचओ मेडिकल प्रोडक्ट अलर्ट उन चार घटिया उत्पादों के लिए जारी किया गया है, जिन्हें सितंबर 2022 में जाम्बिया में चिह्नित किया गया और डब्ल्यूएचओ को इसकी जानकारी दी गई। डब्ल्यूएचओ ने कहा कि घटिया चिकित्सकीय उत्पाद ऐसे उत्पाद हैं, जो अपने गुणवत्ता मानकों या विशिष्टताओं को पूरा नहीं करते। ये चार उत्पाद भारतीय कंपनी मेडन फार्मास्युटिकल्स लिमिटेड द्वारा उत्पादित प्रोमेथाजिन ओरल सॉल्यूशन, कोफेक्समालिन बेबी कफ सिरप, मेकॉफ बेबी कफ सिरप और मैग्रिप एन कोल्ड सिरप हैं। आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने बताया कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र की स्वास्थ्य एजेंसी ने अभी तक केंद्रीय औषधि मानक नियंत्रण संगठन सीडीएससीओ के साथ उत्पादों का लेबल और विवरण साझा नहीं किया है, जिससे पता लगाया जा सके कि उनका निर्माण कहां हुआ। उन्होंने बताया कि हालांकि उपलब्ध जानकारी के आधार पर सीडीएससीओ ने हरियाणा में नियामक अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर मामले की जांच तत्काल शुरू कर दी है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार एक अधिकारिक सूत्र ने कहा कि सभी जरूरी कदम उठाए जाएंगे। एक मजबूत नियामक प्राधिकरण के तौर पर डब्ल्यूएचओ से अनुरोध किया गया है कि वह मौत के मामलों से जुड़े कथित चिकित्सा उत्पादों के संबंध में एक रिपोर्ट और उत्पादों के लेबल/तस्वीरें आदि जल्द से जल्द सीडीएससीओ के साथ साझा करे। सूत्रों के अनुसार, डब्ल्यूएचओ ने 29 सितंबर को भारत के औषधि महानियंत्रक को सूचित किया था कि वह गाम्बिया को तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान कर रहा है। डब्ल्यूएचओ ने कहा कि चारों में से प्रत्येक दवा के नमूनों का प्रयोगशाला विश्लेषण पुष्टि करता है कि उनमें डायथाइलीन ग्लाईकॉल और एथिलीन ग्लाईकॉल अस्वीकार्य मात्रा में मौजूद हैं। डब्ल्यूएचओ ने उत्पादों से जुड़े जोखिमों को रेखांकित करते हुए कहा कि डायथाइलीन ग्लाईकॉल और एथिलीन ग्लाईकॉल मनुष्यों के लिए घातक साबित हो सकते हैं। इसी दिन आई एक अन्य खबर के मुताबिक कैलिफोर्निया (अमेरिका) में अपहृत सिख परिवार के चारों सदस्य एक बगीचे में मृत मिले हैं। अधिकारियों ने बुधवार को यह जानकारी दी। मूल रूप से पंजाब के होशियारपुर के हरसी पिंड के रहने वाले इस परिवार का सोमवार को अपहरण कर लिया गया था। मर्सेड काउंटी के शेरिफ वर्न वार्नके ने बताया कि 8 माह की बच्ची आरुही धेरी, उसकी मां जसलीन कौर (27), पिता जसदीप सिंह (36) और जसदीप के भाई अमनदीप सिंह (39) के शव इंडियाना रोड एंड हचिनसन रोड के पास एक बगीचे से 6 अक्टूबर शाम बरामद हुए। वार्नके ने बताया कि बगीचे के पास खेत में काम करने वाले एक मजदूर ने शव देखे और उसने तुरंत अधिकारियों को इसकी जानकारी दी। सभी शव एक साथ मिले। वार्नके ने 6 अक्टूबर शाम एक पत्रकार वार्ता में कहा कि मैं अपना रोष शब्दों में बयां नहीं कर सकता। शेरिफ ने मामले में संदिग्ध जीसस मैनुअल सालगाडो के बारे में कहा कि इस इंसान को नरक में जगह मिलेगी। मर्सेड काउंटी शेरिफ कार्यालय ने बुधवार को दिन में परिवार के अपहरण से जुड़ा एक नया वीडियो साझा किया था। वीडियो में पहले जसदीप और अमनदीप इमारत से निकलते नजर आ रहे हैं और उनके हाथ बंधे हैं। इसके बाद अपहरणकर्ता जसलीन और आठ माह की बच्ची को बाहर लाता दिख रहा है। संदिग्ध सालगाडो को मंगलवार दोपहर हिरासत में ले लिया गया था। उसने खुद को मारने की कोशिश की थी और वह अस्पताल में भर्ती है।
