फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के साथ एकजुटता का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस: तथाकथित सभ्य, अहिंसक, मानवीय शासकों की मौजूदगी में तबाह हुए फिलिस्तीन को बचाने की कवायद International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People: An effort to save Palestine, which is devastated by the presence of so-called civilized, non-violent, humane rulers

2023 के अक्टूबर-नवंबर में दुनिया देखती रही, फिलिस्तीन को इजराइल ने तबाह कर दिया। 15000 के करीब लोग मार डाले और जमीन पर हर चीज तहस-नहस कर दी गई। विश्व गुरु, ग्लोबल लीडर और 56 इंची जैसे तमाम दुनिया के दबंग, तानाशाह कथित शक्तिशाली नेता, शासक सिर्फ बक-बक या ब्ला-ब्ला-ब्ला करते रह गये। अमेरिका ने पैसा, हथियार और हर तरह का सहयोग-समर्थन अमेरिका को खुलेआम दिया। उस जमीन पर जो अरबों ने दुनिया भर में प्रताड़ित यहूदियों को करुणावश बसने के लिए दी थी, फिलिस्तीनियों को उसी जमीन पर इस्राइल ने मार डाला, तबाह किया और खदेड़ दिया। खैर ... तथाकथित सभ्य, अहिंसक, सहिष्णु, मानवीय लोगों का चरित्र पिछले दो महीनों में दुनिया को दिखा। यह अलग बात अलग है कि इस्राइल, भारत, अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन, फ्रांस सहित दुनिया भर के मानवाधिकार और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता, संगठन और मानवीय लोग, छात्र, महिलाएं दुनिया भर में इस्राइल के जुल्म के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन करते रहे, अपनी सरकारों की नीतियों की लानत-मलामत करते रहे। इस्राइली बर्बर कार्रवाई का विरोध करने वालों में भारी संख्या में यहूदी भी शामिल थे।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र और तमाम संगठन, देश, व्यक्ति 29 नवंबर को फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के साथ एकजुटता का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस मना रहे हैं। 2 दिसंबर 1977 के संकल्प 32/40 बी, 12 दिसंबर 1979 के 34/65 डी में निहित महासभा के आदेशों के अनुसार, फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के साथ एकजुटता का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा एजेंडा फिलिस्तीन का प्रश्न के तहत अपनाए गए बाद के संकल्प के साथ 29 नवंबर को या उसके आसपास मनाता है।

29 नवंबर की तारीख को फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के लिए इसके अर्थ और महत्व के कारण चुना गया था। 1947 में उस दिन, महासभा ने प्रस्ताव 181 (द्वितीय) को अपनाया, जिसे विभाजन प्रस्ताव के रूप में जाना जाता है। उस प्रस्ताव में फिलिस्तीन में एक ष्यहूदी राज्यष् और एक ष्अरब राज्यष् की स्थापना का प्रावधान किया गया था, जिसमें यरूशलेम को एक विशेष अंतरराष्ट्रीय शासन के तहत एक कॉर्पस पृथक्करण के रूप में शामिल किया गया था। इस प्रस्ताव के तहत बनाए जाने वाले दो राज्यों में से केवल एक, इजराइल, अब तक अस्तित्व में आया है। फिलिस्तीनी लोग, जिनकी संख्या अब आठ मिलियन से अधिक है, मुख्य रूप से 1967 से इजराइल के कब्जे वाले फिलिस्तीनी क्षेत्र में रहते हैं, जिसमें पूर्वी येरुशलम भी शामिल है, इसराइल में, पड़ोसी अरब राज्यों में और क्षेत्र में शरणार्थी शिविरों में।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र के आह्वान में फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के साथ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एकजुटता दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में सरकारों और नागरिक समाज द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष विभिन्न गतिविधियाँ की जाती हैं। इन गतिविधियों में अन्य बातों के अलावा फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के साथ एकजुटता के विशेष संदेश जारी करना, बैठकों का आयोजन, प्रकाशनों और अन्य सूचना सामग्री का प्रसार और फिल्मों की स्क्रीनिंग शामिल है। न्यूयॉर्क में संयुक्त राष्ट्र मुख्यालय में, फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के अविभाज्य अधिकारों के अभ्यास पर समिति हर साल अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एकजुटता दिवस मनाने के लिए एक विशेष बैठक आयोजित करती है। वक्ताओं में महासचिव, महासभा के अध्यक्ष, सुरक्षा परिषद के अध्यक्ष और संबंधित संयुक्त राष्ट्र निकायों, अंतर सरकारी संगठनों और फिलिस्तीन के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हैं। बैठक में फिलिस्तीन मुक्ति संगठन की कार्यकारी समिति के अध्यक्ष और फिलिस्तीनी प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष का एक संदेश भी पढ़ा जाता है। नागरिक समाज संगठनों (सीएसओ) को भाग लेने के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाता है और समिति से मान्यता प्राप्त सीएसओ के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय के एक प्रवक्ता बैठक को संबोधित करते हैं।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र सचिवालय के फिलिस्तीनी अधिकार प्रभाग द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एकजुटता दिवस के अवसर पर दिए गए बयानों और प्राप्त संदेशों के पाठ वाला एक विशेष बुलेटिन प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

उत्सव के संबंध में न्यूयॉर्क में आयोजित अन्य गतिविधियों में एक फिलिस्तीनी प्रदर्शनी एवं समिति द्वारा प्रायोजित और संयुक्त राष्ट्र में फिलिस्तीन के स्थायी पर्यवेक्षक मिशन द्वारा प्रस्तुत एक सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम, साथ ही फिल्मों की स्क्रीनिंग शामिल है। फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के साथ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एकजुटता दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में जिनेवा और वियना में संयुक्त राष्ट्र कार्यालयों में भी बैठकें आयोजित की जाती हैं। दुनिया भर में संयुक्त राष्ट्र सूचना केंद्र और सेवाएँ सूचना और दस्तावेजीकरण प्रदान करके पालन के संबंध में विशेष गतिविधियाँ आयोजित करने के इच्छुक सरकारों, गैर सरकारी संगठनों और अन्य लोगों की सहायता के लिए उपलब्ध हैं।

2023 में फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के साथ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एकजुटता दिवस के वार्षिक उत्सव विचार-विमर्श और आगे के अभियानों को तय करने के लिए बुधवार, 29 नवंबर को पैलैस डेस नेशंस में एक विशेष बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी। जिनेवा में संयुक्त राष्ट्र कार्यालय के महानिदेशक तातियाना वालोवाया परिचयात्मक टिप्पणियों के साथ बैठक की शुरुआत करेंगे और फिर महासचिव एंटोनियो गुटेरेस अपना वक्तव्य देंगे। विशेष बैठक में फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के अविभाज्य अधिकारों के प्रयोग पर समिति के प्रतिनिधि बोलेंगे, फिलिस्तीनी लोगों और कब्जे वाले क्षेत्रों के अन्य अरबों के मानवाधिकारों को प्रभावित करने वाली इजरायली प्रथाओं की जांच करने के लिए विशेष समिति, अरब राज्यों की लीग, इस्लामी सहयोग संगठन, गुटनिरपेक्ष आंदोलन, अफ्रीकी संघ, फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के अहस्तांतरणीय अधिकारों के प्रयोग पर समिति से मान्यता प्राप्त गैर-सरकारी संगठन और फिलिस्तीन राज्य अपनी बात रखेंगे। राष्ट्राध्यक्षों या शासनाध्यक्षों से प्राप्त संदेशों या बयानों की घोषणा बैठक के अंत में की जाएगी। फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के साथ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एकजुटता दिवस पारंपरिक रूप से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय को फिलिस्तीन के प्रश्न पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करने का अवसर प्रदान करता है।

International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People: An effort to save Palestine, which is devastated by the presence of so-called civilized, non-violent, humane rulers

In October-November of 2023, the world watched as Palestine was destroyed by Israel. Around 15,000 people were killed and everything on the ground was destroyed. Vishwa Guru, Global Leader and all the so-called powerful leaders and rulers of the world like 56 Inchi, the world's bullies, dictators, remained just blabbering or blah-blah-blah. America openly gave money, weapons and every kind of cooperation and support to America. Palestinians were killed, destroyed and driven out by Israel on the same land that the Arabs had compassionately given to persecuted Jews around the world to settle. Well... the character of the so-called civilized, non-violent, tolerant, humane people was visible to the world in the last two months. It is a different matter that human rights and social workers, organizations and humanitarian people, students, women from all over the world including Israel, India, America, Britain, France continued to protest against the atrocities of Israel, damn the policies of their governments. -Keep complaining. A large number of Jews were also among those who protested against Israel's barbaric actions.

The United Nations and all organizations, countries and individuals are celebrating the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People on 29 November. International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, in accordance with the mandates of the General Assembly contained in resolutions 32/40B of 2 December 1977, 34/65D of 12 December 1979, together with subsequent resolutions adopted by the United Nations under the Agenda on the Question of Palestine Celebrates on or around 29 November.

The date of 29 November was chosen because of its meaning and significance for the Palestinian people. On that day in 1947, the General Assembly adopted resolution 181 (II), known as the partition resolution. That resolution provided for the establishment of a Jewish state and an Arab state in Palestine, with Jerusalem included as a corpus separation under a special international regime. Of the two states to be created under this proposal, only one, Israel, has ever come into existence. The Palestinian people, now numbering more than eight million, live mainly in the Palestinian territories occupied by Israel since 1967, including East Jerusalem, in Israel, in neighboring Arab states, and in refugee camps in the region.

International Solidarity Day traditionally provides an opportunity for the international community to focus its attention on the fact that the question of Palestine remains unresolved and the Palestinian people have yet to achieve their essential rights as defined by the General Assembly. The right to self-determination without external interference, the right to national independence and sovereignty, and the right to return to their homes and property from where they have been displaced.

Various activities are carried out annually by governments and civil society to commemorate the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People at the call of the United Nations. These activities include, inter alia, issuing special messages of solidarity with the Palestinian people, organizing meetings, disseminating publications and other information materials, and screening films. At the United Nations Headquarters in New York, the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People holds a special meeting every year to commemorate the International Day of Solidarity. Speakers include the Secretary-General, the President of the General Assembly, the President of the Security Council and representatives of relevant United Nations bodies, intergovernmental organizations and Palestine. A message from the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Chairman of the Palestinian Authority is also read at the meeting. Civil society organizations (CSOs) are invited to participate and a spokesperson from the international community of CSOs accredited to the Committee addresses the meeting.

A special bulletin containing the text of statements made and messages received is published annually by the Palestinian Rights Division of the United Nations Secretariat on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity.

Other activities held in New York in connection with the festival include a Palestinian exhibition and a cultural program sponsored by the Committee and presented by the Permanent Observer Mission of Palestine to the United Nations, as well as screenings of films. Meetings are also held at the United Nations offices in Geneva and Vienna to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. United Nations Information Centers and services around the world are available to assist Governments, NGOs and others wishing to conduct specific activities regarding compliance by providing information and documentation.

A special meeting will be held at the Palais des Nations on Wednesday, 29 November, to discuss the annual celebration of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People in 2023 and decide on further campaigns. Tatiana Valovaya, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, will open the meeting with introductory remarks and then Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will deliver his remarks. Speaking at the special meeting will be representatives of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian People and other Arabs in the Occupied Territories, the League of Arab States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, The Non-Aligned Movement, the African Union, non-governmental organizations accredited to the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, and the State of Palestine will present their views. Messages or statements received from Heads of State or Government will be announced at the end of the meeting. The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People traditionally provides an opportunity for the international community to focus its attention on the question of Palestine.
